How it works

1. Select your session and any extras. Items that add time are clearly marked.

2. Choose an available day and time — the calendar only shows open slots.

3. Provide a mobile number (not a landline) so we can text your 3-hour reminder.

4. Need to reschedule? Use the link in your confirmation email instead of booking a new appointment.

After you book

- You’ll receive an immediate confirmation, a reminder email 25 hours before your session, plus a text 3 hours prior.

- Questions? Simply reply to the confirmation email — it goes straight to the studio.
